The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The extension they built for us was completed within the suggested time frame to a high standard. They were only too happy to answer questions and keep us upto date with the progress. Excellent work from Dean, he built a bespoke bathroom cupboard for us. The whole process was seamless and he even suggested improvements to the design I had in mind. He matched the design of the unit to existing furniture in the bathroom and the end result was fantastic. Very impressed with his attention to detail and the way he left the room, you wouldn't know there had been someone working in there all day, it was spotless! I would highly recommend his services!

Their Rates are fair and they went about everything in a professional manner and dealt with any issues without complaints. Vytautas is a master craftsman and the finish of they work they did for me( bespoke staircase and understair wardrobes& kitchen fitting) is top class. The best joiners you will find.

For over 30 years I have been in the construction industry in commercial and none commercial. I have many years experience in all kinds of extensions, single, double, garage conversions, one off houses, garden walls. So if you looking for any kind of building works, please ring for a quotation. I have uploaded just a few pictures of recent works completed . I have public liability NVQ level three in Bricklaying The contractors are use the electrics and gas or certificate based. I have an architect and structural engineer I have used for 20 plus years so drawings/plans and calculations are not a problem. I have dealt with many building inspectors/ control and have a good relationship with them’. If you would like references from previous employers/ customers this is not a problem. We would highly recomend Sam and Jim , thanks to various bathroom leaks we had to replace our rotting bathroom floor and were just going to do this with a new shower - however for a very reasonable price, and sticking within our budget, Sam and Jim were able to design and fit a completely new bathroom for us which looks amazing . They went above and beyond the work quoted for, correcting poor work done by previous workmen and I wish i could give them an extra star they were that good. Highly recomend.
I all ways wanted to be a bricklayer just like my farther so he sent me to college witch I did for two years learning the trade then worked for various companies gaining my experience giving me the opportunity to working with other trades witch I started to learn witch gave me more confidence to work for myself so I could provide a good customer service with the reliability and attention to detail with the 33 + years in the trade.
