Robert contacted me within a couple of hours of placing the job request on the app and he and his colleague came out to quote the next day. Both were friendly and polite. We talked through the issue, they went away for a few minutes and made some calls, sourced the materials needed and offered to do the job immediately and for a really good price. Everything completed in 3 hours to a high standard, with no mess and no hassle. Really grateful! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.

So I’ve been in the plumbing industry for around 10 years and do a vast majority of work including - First fixing Second fixing - Baths Showers Shower screens toilets Basin Vanity units And all other sanitary -I install boilers from combi boilers to heat only boilers -Vented cylinders to unvented cylinders -Bathroom installs from small ones to large ones . -ASHP Gas safe member G3 unvented cylinder certificate We also undertake a lot of bigger projects including HMOs , dental practise refurbishments, and also most recently we have just built a block of 14 flats.

The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. Commissioned C and J developments. To build an attached garage. At the start of the project we talked through any issues as they arose and agreed how they would be rectified. However as build progresssed the quality of work deteriorated Brickwork bowed in side and rear walls. Joists for garage roof cut at different lengths and not cut to match the angle of the wall one joist packed out with old pieces of wood. Walls either side of rear door not aligned. Stopped work due to poor standard of workmanship

Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention.
