George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Sergiu is a true expert: precise, detail-oriented and equipped with professional tools. He was on site daily, took full ownership and can handle any job. He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality. We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired and plastered quickly. Ian was very prompt in quoting vert competitively and we engaged him. He worked very well, very tidy (lots of protective coverings on the floor etc). Did the bond coat, and returned next day to skim - it looks really great. Well done, and would certainly recommend him. Paid £310 to have top of bedroom bay window re-felted as small amount of rain water was seaping through. This company recommended fibre glass paint and guaranteed the work done. After 3 months the rain water is still coming through the front part of bay window roof. When I contacted again I'm told it would cost an additional £80 material costs plus £40 each for 2 people to repair what they should have repaired in the first instance. Don't like to leave negative comments but feel done over :(
