He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. James came out to provide a quote and was quite pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately after accepting the job he quit answering messages so we had to find another workman. I'd guess he found a bigger project, which would have been fine if he'd let us know.
