Patrick took photos every step of the way and communicated exactly what was needed even extra small jobs to ensure everything was taken care of. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance. Can't thank them enough it took 8 months but we have our amazing home back
