Neil was great to deal with from coming to quote to finishing the job. Kept us up to date daily with progress made and what he would be doing next. Posted my garden clearance job and got a call straight away from Leon from DC Property Maintenance and landscaping. I took photos to send him for a quote, he also came round to look at it. Arranged a start date/time all the lads were hard working, professional and friendly and polite the job took two days as there was such a lot to do. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!
