Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. The job was completed by others in a fraction of the time using the same materials. Your tools were of poor quality, not even suitable for diy, and your stud work was rough and cuts were appalling. Happy to post photos of the work if this app allows. Oh and as to experiences I had Invoice No 1 ! lol

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
