Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Rob has been excellent from the beginning to the end. He's fitted a new worktop with upstand and rebuilt an existing kitchen unit to fit new layout, giving my tired kitchen a new lease of life. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
