Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job transforming our bathroom. From start to finish, they were professional, polite, and respectful while working in our home. Communication was excellent throughout, with Chris managing the entire project and keeping us informed every step of the way. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything that came up. They clearly take pride in their work, and the quality of the finish shows. I recently hired Viorel to replace a ceiling beam in my rental kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work and professionalism. Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention. Rather than simply ignoring these problems or hitting me with surprise costs, he took the time to explain each issue clearly and kept me updated.

Haydn was a pleasure to deal with, he provided an absolutely first class service from start to finish with excellent communication and advice on products and layout changes. I'm very happy with the quality of his work which really is second to none, our bathroom is the showpiece of the house now. I will definitely use Haydn again in the future.

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.
