I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. They have completed everything in a timely manner. During the works I wasn't at home, but they kept me updated on everything. Very respectful of the property and high quality work done. I hired Mark to replace a pump for my water cylinder specifically asking if he provides with a job report as I needed it to claim from my home insurance. He confirmed he will do.. Job was done, I paid same day but never got a report. I contacted him in total 8 (!!) times. Once he said he will do it by the end of the day, then tomorrow then he just ignored me. As a result my claim was denied because of absence of paperwork. This is disgraceful. Be aware.

I couldn’t recommend Szilard (and his team) more highly. Very high attention to detail when painting and decorating and nothing is a problem. As well as decorating Szilard has moved sockets, light fittings, fixed shower screens, re-configured wardrobes to name but a few additional jobs that have arisen along the way. He has been back a number of times now and is punctual and tidy in his work.
