A small design fee of £250.00 is payable before design work commences, and this is deducted from your final order total if you choose to go ahead with us. From there, your design is refined and adjusted until it's exactly right. Once finalised, we provide an accurate, itemised quote based directly on your approved design — meaning absolutely no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, down to the last detail. And here's our promise: if you find a better price elsewhere, your design is yours to keep — no questions asked. We're that confident in the value we deliver. But above all, we believe every customer should feel valued. The Bread and Butter As we say Up North ‘You don’t get owt for nowt’. In other words, you don’t get anything back if you don’t put anything in. At least that’s what we like to think. We are BDMA (building damage management association) qualified REINSTATE - After Reviving your property we can deal with any type of reinstatement work. After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director.
