Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

Have you ever been in a position to say "I just got lucky" Well I hadn't until I met Steve, I needed a Bathroom and Kitchen ripped out and replaced with new, my brief was simple, it needed to have a Wow factor, I choose from pictures on Steve's phone a Kitchen and Bathroom he'd already finished, then left everything for him to sort out? AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didn�t complete the work but that�s okay because in his view it wasn�t essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, can�t stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isn�t important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.

Sergiu is a true expert: precise, detail-oriented and equipped with professional tools. He was on site daily, took full ownership and can handle any job. He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Highly recommended.
