Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!

From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

Absolutely useless made our life a misery never book these had a bathroom fitted horrible job then when it leak and destroyed my front room ceiling trust when I say don't use them .
