Came the same day as i posted the job and was very helpful. Payment was not wanted until i was completely satisfied with the work. The job was started next day and at the end of the day the garden was left clean and tidy. Information and advice was given but no pressure was applied to do more than what was needed. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
