Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Posting the job brought an immediate response from this roofer, who arrived to assess the job very quickly. He showed me photos and video of the problem (I don't have the head for heights to see for myself), and explained very clearly what was required. Having agreed on actions and cost, he made the necessary repairs the same day, and provided photos of the work. At all times he was friendly and seemed efficient. Like all such work, I cannot yet know if it was effective, but would use him again.
