Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
