Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along. This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5
