He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance

Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.
