I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Extraordinary plasterer, on time prepares area to be worked on well works tirelessly and not only completes job on time but also to a very high standard .. finished effectively 4 bedrooms, large hallway in just over 2 days .. also helped repair some damaged walls in living room at no extra charge.. will definitely use again ..

I recently had all three of my bathrooms renovated by Sydney, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Sydney communicated clearly throughout the project and was always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. His workmanship is neat and high quality, with great attention to detail. Living over 200 miles from my mum I was nervous about sending a stranger to her house to do a few jobs. Darren was courteous parient and so easy to work with I will be using him again. He cemented 3 loose paving stones, fixed the front door that wouldn't open, installed a cat flap and a key safe. Most importantly he rejected a job that needed a skilled roofer. Having faith in a trademan is rare. Thank you Darren

I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. Throughout our project Andy went out of his way to minimise the mess, put up with our kids and accomodate any changes in the work that we threw at him. The finshed work was impeccable, even his plastering was better than most plasterers I've hired in the past. I would not hesitate in using Andy again for future projects and although I'm tempted to give him one star to make sure he doesn't get too busy, he definitely earned all five.

Valentin from my observation can do absolutely everything building related. Very polite and always on time to work. He kept me updated with the developments via sms, emails and calls during my busy work periods. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking any domestic refurbishment or building works, he is a master of his trade!!

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

I very much appreciated Boris viist. He was really honest and proactive. He really helped me see what was necessary in my project. Unfortunately, I didn't use his service because it was not planned and over my budget.
