Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...

Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Tony & Ryan removed an old boundary wall and rebuilt the wall with new materials.They both work hard as a team and do a fantastic job.The work was completed in 3 days leaving no mess.I would recommend them 100% and will use them again when I have need for two great workers.

Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.
