Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. I can highly recommend Versatile Renovations.

Bogumil is a master of his trades. He was one of 3 trades people that turned up and was by far the most professional. Always on time, straight forward with pricing and kept us updated all through the job. Went that extra mile to help us with a couple of issues we weren't aware of and sorted everything! We are a family run business with over 15 years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbers, electricians, painting/decorators, landscapers and plasterers we have it all. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.
