Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Our bathroom was completed to a high standard, and workmanship was excellent. Francisco was punctual, diligent didn’t cut corners and paid particular attention to detail. He was helpful and answered all our questions. Our back bedroom was also painted and decorated to a high standard. We are 100% happy with his work and would definitely use his services again for further home improvements.

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

Ace in every way, would highly recommend Paul. He made 2 rooms into 1 for us and matched coving and picture rail, build cabinets to match existing. You would never realise it was two rooms. Also completed a complete bathroom refit expertly and redecorated bedrooms. Saving up so I can get him back to get the rest of the house to look the same.

Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov.
