Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along. Despite knowing the extreme urgency from day one—and being reminded constantly—he left a basic door replacement unfinished for over 10 days! His complete disregard for commitments, endless no-shows, and excuses left tenants without basic security, forcing a tenant to move out. What little work he did was crooked cuts, no trim, poor installation of fire elements. The doors he brought were also of lower quality. Poor skill and no respect for the job promised.

They quoted 3 days which we had to pay for but the job only took a total of one and a half days spread out with coming and going over a period of 4 days due to hospital appointments.
