James arrived punctually. He was able to assess what needed doing very quickly and set to work. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and made sure we were happy with the results. He even hung up the curtains on the newly installed curtains rail for us. The most patient craftsman I’ve ever hired. Sydney completed my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms to a flawless standard. He is exceptionally trustworthy and methodical. He was so patient when I changed my mind on the wall panels, and even dismantled a door frame to get the bath in without a second thought. Nothing phases him and his pricing is transparent.
