Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Change of rating. Job was done in less than a day with 4 plasterers on site. We had problems with the finish and Ashley came back and worked for 2\\\\3 hours but now that it has dried out and been painted we can see see marks and uneven surfaces everywhere. The plaster is so thin in places, some came off during painting leaving a mark. We took dado rail off and can still see marks where it had been. Hair line cracks the full length of the wall are also appearing.

I have now noted leaks fur to poor sealant around taps and connection cold water feed wasnt connected properly since had a flood from the bath which he cam back to make good the ceiling and plumbing. Since the moisture in wall shower wall loosened the existing handrail on the othe side of the wall toilet sealant leaking and shower frame not fitted correctky at the time of completion looked ok now I wish I hadnt at all! Paid cash upfront not worth it not a good professional finish now I have to redo it all
