I am always open to discuss end explain my quotes, - As soon as the job is confirmed, the client and my team agree on the start date, - We make sure the surroundings are protected before the job starts - We order the materials - We complete the job - When the job is finished, I always leave the floor protection for one day to make sure the client's expectations are met (or exceeded!) and once my client is happy I remove the floor protection and clean around. We are creative, we care and we exceed our clients' expectations. Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

I have grown up on a construction site and have always had a good hand in lead ever since I was 4 years old. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. Afterwards I have done my own jobs and have now recently created my own company B.J.T Construction, named after my 3 young boys a business that shows we are built upon family, integrity, quality and professional standards.
