B&H Brickwork undertook a large project at our house, comprising two storey extension, with approx 8,000 facing bricks and 3,000 blocks. From the first site visit, they seemed to know their trade very well, and that has proved to be the case. The quality of their workmanship is extremely high (they have managed to re-create many of the detailed brickwork features of the original house). In addition, they have done much more than you might expect on site - they're punctual (whatever the weather), they keep everything very neat and tidy, and they're always ready to provide helpful advice and guidance. We feel very lucky to have found them, their hard work and helpful approach has made a large project very straightforward. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, and would happily provide more detailed references etc if needed.

John and team did a really good job. He was reliable and always kept in contact which is a plus. He even worked around our working hours so there will be minimal disruption to the business. Work finishing is to a very high standard. We had a fallen ceiling due to damp / water damage from the Flat upstairs. They reinforced the ceiling and redid the coving and painted everything. I was very impressed with Crystal Home Improvements. Ovi and Marian are incredibly hard-working people, meticulous, and accommodating (I am particular about details). They explained the options at every stage and worked 8h a day without a break - truly inspirational!
