My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication.
