Max was quick to respond to request and did a thorough investigation, fixed the leak and left with no damage despite having to get behind tiling which was great. Very polite and kept me informed of the process throughout.
Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Liam was a joy to have in my home. He responded quickly to come and do the work the very next day. He completed it in a timely fashion and even fixed a broken switch on my fishtank within the same price. Even more impressively when I called him this morning to advise the lightbulbs I had ordered were too bright he advised me to let him know when I had new ones to let him know and he will come back and fit them for me,proper old fashioned customer service.
