Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Eryk and Michael from BMS installed new engineered laminate flooring in my through and through lounge dining room and hall they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Nice clean job at a good price however did not return to complete 1 remaining door even though I paid in full. Disappointed as Joe was a very nice guy.
