Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. It is always very hard to find someone willing to go over other peoples work but this did not deter Dumitru and he came up with the goods where others had failed. These were expensive tiles with 1mm grout lines and he had no problem with this in any way. I have to give him 10 out of 10 for even taking this job on and another 10 out of 10 for completing it to a good standard. Dumitru will always be welcome to tender for any tiling work we have within our small portfolio of properties in London.
