The porch was contracted for 18 days. Allowing time to finish the job after 6 weeks this was not complete. The new porch looks good from the outside and seems built structurally correctly. Having allowed extra time to finish the job it remained unfinished with adhesive stains on facia boards, internally no gaps filled, sealing nor painting completed. During the process we had to request for various matters to be fixed as they were not done to a reasonable standard. The overall experience was disappointing

While the work has been excellent Sterling Construction have left a job half finished for over seven months. Their reliability leaves a lot to be desired which is a shame considering the first job they completed was carried out so well.
Took Nigel a while to call back to confirm a date and time a date and time for the work. Once he did though, he kept exactly to his word. Turned up, on time and completed the plastering for our stairway to a very high quality with patching and skimming work. The price was very fair and he finished in the time he said he would. We are very, very pleased with the finish. Thanks again Nigel

Really happy with the end result it looks better than what we had ever imagined it would be. Marek was on hand to help us throughout the build offering suggestions outside of what our architect had planned and in fact the ideas were better for us as he really understood what we wanted to achieve but also the changes suggested helped our property value. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
