I posted my job early Sunday afternoon. Adem responded promptly and was onsite at 8:30 AM on Monday to suit my school run having offered to be there at 8:00 AM. We quickly agreed broadly where the leak was coming from. Adem then found the defective joint under the floor, enlarged a hole under the vanity unit to get hand access and reconnected the joint. He also identified and corrected another minor leak. The costs were reasonable. I’ve already asked him to do another less urgent plumbing job.
