Hassan ended up doing additional jobs such as installing wood flooring in 3 rooms and an outbuilding, Painting and other odd jobs to ensure I was in a position to pass the property on to an agent ready for rental. griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.

Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Pb roofing has been trading for about 25 years, we cover most roofing. I have been schooled in zinc roofing by traditional old experts. We also cover slating, tiling gutters, facias, chimneys, pointing, GRP and liquid rubber roofs & re building chimneys.
I highly recommend Phil. He was very polite, showed up on time, clearly knows his stuff, did a very careful job replacing the lead around my dormer window and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely use Phil again for roofing work.
