After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. They have also promised to come back if we we feel we need to call them. Would therefore have no hesitation to recommend Naydor to anyone.

Hassan ended up doing additional jobs such as installing wood flooring in 3 rooms and an outbuilding, Painting and other odd jobs to ensure I was in a position to pass the property on to an agent ready for rental. Pb roofing has been trading for about 25 years, we cover most roofing. I have been schooled in zinc roofing by traditional old experts. We also cover slating, tiling gutters, facias, chimneys, pointing, GRP and liquid rubber roofs & re building chimneys.
I highly recommend Phil. He was very polite, showed up on time, clearly knows his stuff, did a very careful job replacing the lead around my dormer window and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely use Phil again for roofing work.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
