I have no hesitation to recommend George for any works his detail to finish makes his workmanship above and beyond any other works I have ever seen, George has also repointed the the entire front and rear of our property along with Chimney and ridge tiles the house looks even better than a new built house, he is an expert builder who takes pride in what he does. So much so I have already asked for further works to be done.

Very friendly, efficient and competitively priced. I am very happy with the wooden fence which Mark (and his brother) installed in super quick time and nothing was a problem for them. They not only took away the old fence (for a small / minimum fee), they also took away some other bits in my garden which I had been meaning to dispose of myself at no extra cost. Had to come out to us twice as the problem turned out to be in our neighbour's drain, but still only charged for one visit. Very reasonable.

Welcome to McCartney building I am a multi skilled trades man that has been running for around 6 years. This is the first time I have used a site like this and only just signed up and have no ratings, so please don’t be worried about that. Before COVID most off my work come from word of mouth which is always the best way, but due to COVID work has started to slow down and looking to pick back up hence being new to rated people. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. Gavin was very easy going and nice. he managed to fit me in as soon as i needed. Fitted the door very well and also cleaned up after himself. His work is very neat. Hopefully we can have him back for more door fittings.
