James quoted two days to lay our new patio and took exactly that, with the guys working non-stop over the period. His team were very obliging and polite and we really could not ask for more. Listened. Did the job that was asked of them. Called when they were running late to let me know they were still coming. Job was finished on time. Haven't dropped a star for being a couple of hours late as traffic etc. can easily do that and the job was still finished on time. Neighbour asked for same work to her garden after seeing mine. Another neighbour asked for tree work following my work.
