I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
