We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Very happy with Rimi. He at all times came up with ideas and solutions. We had a rear garden job. Involved brick work, decking, retiling, soil work,painting, creating new landscape overall. He did it professionally and in time. He was patient with delays in material supply and kept following up. Overall quite pleased with the end result

Michael was very professional and did a fantastic job of plastering my porch. He always build a bench and rebuild the ceiling of my porch using MDF. I would he highly recommend. Very affordable also.

Excellent service. I will definitely use L P Projects again. Spencer arrived on time; he was professional and courteous. We had a whole ceiling skimmed following electrical work and also to rectify cracks that developed over years. The result is a lovely smooth, clean surface. No mess remained. He kept to the agreed price and timescale. Thank you.

Pat Fall responded promptly to our enquiry - within an hour or so. Although his was not the cheapest quote, it was not that much more than the three others we had obtained. But he spoke with such authority and knowledge about his trade that it was impossible not to choose him. This decision proved to be well founded. Once apprenticed to a well known local decorating firm, and with formal City & Guilds qualfications, Pat worked with such an air of confidence and competence. A real craftsman, with brilliant skills and technical knowledge, and a delight to have in our home. I would recommend him to anyone. He sings well too!!

Mike did a fantastic job (thank you) - my bathroom is divine and the workmanship and finish is fabulous. He's a good, tidy worker, friendly and helpful, and very trustworthy. Delroy Davis plastered two rooms and my hallway and he did a fantastic job. He was punctual, always communicated very well and his plastering is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend him.
