Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. He was able to finish his task excellently within the agreed upon time frame and budget. I found him extremely competent in almost all trades. Over and above this, he is very friendly, trustworthy, flexible and very helpful. He also managed to do purchase on my behalf as I was not available. He managed to get good prices of the product. He knows the local market very well.
