James was very honest and friendly from quote to completion. He explained everything that needed doing during the service of my gas stove fire and combi boiler; he showed me parts inside the boiler which had worn and needed replacing, requoted and returned a few days later with the required parts. He works with as little disruption as possible and is meticulous about leaving the area clean afterwards. I would highly recommend him and will most definitely be keeping his number for any future work

We have had our boiler replaced recently replaced by Nigel at Beaumont Plumbing. Excellent service and very professional. Would recommend to everyone. We have had issues with our heating and radiators since we moved in 6 months ago but no one was able to fix. Very reasonable price. Since fitting us with a new boiler Nigel has kindly organised our roof to be repaired. The guys were so lovely and professional. I now have a sealed roof and warm house thanks to them. I did not get the Boiler replaced in the end as I was able to get my current one repaired. However, if I had gone ahead with replacing it, I would have instructed Harprit to replace it. Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.

I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND!
