The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets, baths, basins, shower rooms using hand and power tools.
Robert sorted out everything in the kitchen, removing old pipe work and also installing 2 new radiators, very happy with his work, stayed longer that he needed to to get the job finished, would recommend Robert to any one , Thank you for the work.

I qualified as a plumber in 1999 and have been running a small family business ever since. With private homeowners and landlord owned properties the mainstay of my business, you can rest assured any job large or small will be carried out by a competent tradesman. Timekeeping is also something we pride ourselves on so no more waiting all day for a plumber, 95% of 1 hour time slots are kept and if you have an emergency we can be to you within in the hour. No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable

Simon alerted me to the potential risks involved with proceeding and proceeded on my instruction with determination and tenacity to complete the job. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to use again for further jobs, large or small.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
