I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. BTR were awful. They delayed, double charged, installed the wrong items, left footprints on doors, and told me they had done the works when they hadn't. I was desperate for the works to be done properly as I was selling a house. They haven't paid me back the money I paid them to complete. I had to get someone else in because the standard was so low.
