Vladimir arrived and was very knowledgable and action/goal oriented. He quickly drilled the holes others like City Fibre were unable/unwilling to tackle. Then, he successfully cleaned-up and suggested a cable-run trunking solution to hide the new plastic cable under the front door step and mat. He offered to go to a supplier and buy the necessary cable trunking the next morning and come and install it to tidy everything up. Do not use these people. Absolutely regret calling Manny. Took hours doing a very simple task. Kept going out to supposedly get tools or supplies and not returning for ages. Didn't give any explanation. Overcharged us a horrendous amount. Originally said £80-£90 then asked for £210. He then accepted £150. Absolutely disgraceful. Pretending that the job is difficult and taking long on purpose. This was a job for my in-laws. Shamelessly taking advantage of elderly people.
