I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
The work was completed efficiently and with suprisingly little interuption to my daily life despite the full rewire required for the property I live in. I would use this tradesman again and thought the price was at the level I had expected. Job completed on time with no issues

I always worry when hiring someone to do work in my home. I need not have worried here. A very professional 'hotel' finish. Excellent quality work. He arrived when he said he would. The job was good, he did extra work for us, but what let it down was that he didn't register the work with the Building Regulations and the Council. And had to ask and chase up so many times for the Part P Certificate and I still didn't receive it from him. He is very good for doing electrical jobs , but don't expect him to register it with council.

They have done an Absolutely Brilliant Job and were very helpful even went the extra mile to make sure everything looked good and were very clean and tidy. Everyone on site liked the bathrooms and were impressed with the fine craftsmanship of the job. We will hire them again in the future.
