We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. They were there every morning when they said they would turn up, everything was explained as it went along. Cleaned up every night.we cant recommend B&M Plastics enough. They were brilliant. Bad job for me because he recommended for me to replace washing machine, but it turned out the dishwasher was leaking and the washing machine is 100% fine. Poor communication on billing also had including a surprise charge for 2 electrician's which I didn't like. And I could have sold a good washing machine and kept a faulty dishwasher if I trusted his advice.

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
