Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

Fatjon / Tony and team did a fantastic job decorating my house, getting rid of damp and giving my front garden a completely new look. They re built wonky walls, rendered them and laid some amazing tiles giving an original Victorian look. Communication was excellent and there were no surprise / hidden costs at the end. Gave us a reasonable quote for a full rewire (without kitchen) so booked in. Couldn’t complete the work in given time so had to come back the following week. They turned up late, didn’t complete all the works as agreed, didn’t fix any of the issues we raised about the previous work. Continued working and said they would do the snagging on the last day so we paid. Came back later and they had removed all their tools, returned the keys with unfinished work and no certificate for the work completed. Not happy.
