1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.
