Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me. John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. Laurentiu was polite and professional. Hired to replace a shower unit and screen. The work was not completed to a satisfactory result. The shower unit was fitted but not the shower screen. The work took too long even with the matierials supplied. I am now left without a showerscreen and an exposed water pipe that was originally enclosed. The showerscreen could've been fitted in my opinion but Laurentiu refused to fit it claiming it would leak. I now have to find another tradesperson to fit it.
