Taha came to fit my garden lights , not impressed as came late on the first day which meant a 2nd visit , the lights work but he did not complete the job as specified and then wanted more money after 5 hours work

The only think what you have done, you pick up the investigation cost NOT CALL OUT CHARGE, however you didn't have done any investigation+ you promise a come back (never happened) Your last massage was, call the warranty. My question, investigation cover only to speak with us? The other engineer fixed in 2hours
